HSBC and Brand Learning win Brandon Hall Group Gold Award

We are delighted to announce that HSBC and Brand Learning have won a coveted Brandon Hall Group Gold Award for excellence in the Best Unique or Innovating Learning and Development Program category.

HSBC, in partnership with Brand Learning, have been recognised for a learning programme that enabled a 1,000 strong global Marketing team to lift their capabilities in customer insights and commercial acumen, in order to drive new revenue growth opportunities across the business.

The successful and comprehensive programme included virtual coaching, face to face workshops, 1-2-1 support, dedicated spaced learning platforms targeted at leaders, line managers and implementers and bitesize tools and resources.

Michelle Atkinson, Marketing Capability Director at Brand Learning said, “This programme stretched participants beyond their comfort zone to enable them to take the lead with newfound courage in delivering HSBC’s customer-centric strategic approach to banking. The transformation was humbling and will hopefully play to the long-term growth and success of HSBC.”

Award entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts and executives based upon the following criteria: fit the need, design of the program, functionality, innovation and overall measurable benefits.
