Managing Director UK and EMEA
Nina is a commercially orientated international marketer with over 20 years experience of developing and managing market leading global and local brands.
She started her career with Unilever as a Graduate Trainee and spent the next five years in brand development for the Culinary and Spreads & Cooking categories in Europe, with main responsibility for strategy, innovation and communication. In her last role she had the privilege of being part of setting up one of Unilever’s European Innovation Centres (in Holland) from scratch.
Nina then moved from Holland to the UK and from Unilever to Heinz, where she spent six years. During this period she had strategic marketing responsibility for the core Heinz brand and communications, as well as an operational marketing remit, including complete P&L, managing categories such as Sauces and Soups through cross-functional teams.
Nina spent the last decade with Brand Learning, where she is Joint MD for the UK/EMEA business. Alongside running the business, her predominant client focus is leading the design, development and implementation of large scale capability initiatives across a multitude of industry sectors. She also holds two global roles; leading Brand Learnings new business development efforts, as well as leading the global HR agenda working closely with our Group MDs and our HR team.
Nina is Swedish and has a Masters Degree in Business Administration and Economics. She is married and has three children. She loves spending time with her family, is interested in interior design, enjoys travelling and is very passionate about different cultures and languages. Speaks fluent Swedish, English and intermediate level German.
