Michele's commercial career spans over 30 years: she worked for ten years at Colgate Palmolive, six years at PepsiCo and then joined Brand Learning in 2002. She has worked in London, Brussels, Rome and New York and has supported leading global businesses build excellence in marketing and sales.
At Colgate, Michele lead the development of the oral care category and drove the launch of the mouthrinse category across EMEA. At PepsiCo she led the hugely successful Walkers brand in the UK, enjoying her time working closely with the brand ambassador Gary Lineker!
Having been with Brand Learning for over 15 years, Michele is co-CEO together with Nevine el-Warraky, and is leading the global business following its acquisition by Accenture in August 2017. She works across multiple sectors, clients and geographies. She is also a mentor for the Marketing Academy and is an active member of the Marketing Society, having previously led the highly esteemed Marketing Leaders Programme for five years.
Michele is now based in the UK and juggles a very hectic work and home life with her husband and two very sporty teenage kids.
Something you may not know about Michele… when not agitating for change and improvements in organizations, teams and the people she mentors, Michele always likes a challenge, whether it be a half marathon or the moonwalk.
