Katherine Theobald

Katherine graduated with a degree in International Management and Modern Languages from the University of Bath and then spent over 20 years in international FMCG organisations marketing a number of leading brands. 

Katherine began her career at Britvic Soft Drinks where the highlight was evolving the successful Tango proposition to a range of new flavours.  She then stayed with drinks, moving to Carlsberg-Tetley where she repositioned and re-launched Tetley Bitter but never became a bitter drinker!  This was followed by 3 years at SC Johnson where Katherine led the UK Cleaners portfolio of Mr Muscle, Toilet Duck and Pledge as well as several marketing capability projects.

Katherine then moved to Kimberly Clark, initially as European Marketing Director,  Adult Care and then as North Atlantic Marketing Director, Huggies. She followed this with 4 years leading Media, Integrated Communications, Market Research and Capability Development across Huggies, Kleenex and Andrex before joining Brand Learning. 

At Brand Learning, Katherine has worked with clients in the Pharmaceuticals, FMCG and Business to Business sectors, evolving capabilities and providing strategic consultancy. 

Over the years, Katherine has developed a passion for developing people and evolving marketing capabilities and she has extensive experience of coaching and facilitating.

Katherine is married with three daughters who fill family time with sports and activities. When she can, Katherine enjoys a long walk.
