Andy joined Brand Learning at the beginning of 2008 having spent the last 9 years at GlaxoSmithKline and SC Johnson. 

Andy worked at GSK for 7 years on both global and local brands in their Dental Care division. At GSK, he developed a real passion for communication development and innovation and founded his interest in capability development as a member of GSK’s internal innovation and culture teams. At SC Johnson, in the European Household Cleaning Division, Andy led the European commercialisation of global propositions on Pledge Furniture & Floor range and the development of the brand’s European Communication Strategy.

At Brand Learning, Andy has developed marketing capability programmes  for clients in a diverse range of sectors including  Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Oil & Chemicals, FMCG and Engineering. In the past 3 years has pioneered new approaches in Customer Insights and pursued his passion for Brand Positioning and Communications by building Brand Learning’s expertise in  Employee Value Propositions and Internal Engagement. 

Married with two young children, Andy is a sports enthusiast and also enjoys spending time cooking and listening to music.
