M&S had identified a need for greater strategic alignment amongst their senior, cross-functional leadership team.

We diagnosed and identified the key insights and changes required for them to become more customer-centred and drive business growth.

Through working sessions with their Management and Leadership Teams we helped them create and commit to a clear purpose that enabled them to define their new role as a leadership team. Required behavioural changes and actions were used to create a leadership charter which guides everything they do.

Driving greater cross functional integration and joined-up 18 month customer plans aligned clearly with their growth goals and overall business strategy.
