Brand Learning secures place in UK’s Best Workplace awards for the fourth time
Global capability development consultancy Brand Learning was last night awarded twelfth place in the UK’s Best Workplace Awards (medium sized business category - 50 to 499 employees). The win marks the fourth time it has taken part and recognised.
Its success was celebrated at an awards ceremony held at Park Plaza, Westminster Bridge last night, 27th April. The Great Place to Work® Institute UK is part of the world's largest consultancy specialising in workplace assessment and enhancement. Every year Great Place to Work® surveys 6,600 organisations around the world representing around 12 million employees.
As well as being recognised by the Great Place to Work® Institute as an outstanding employer, Brand Learning has also been shortlisted this month for a Marketing Society Excellence award for its work with Marks and Spencer. Additionally, it has recently completed The Growth Drivers Study, high profile global research spanning more than 900 survey respondents across 42 countries, as well as in-depth interviews with 70 CEOs, business leaders and experts around the world from companies including Unilever, PepsiCo, Microsoft, Pfizer and Tata. The study, guided by an advisory panel of respected business leaders chaired by Niall FitzGerald, Chairman of Brand Learning, has been instrumental in progressing the debate around the drivers and enablers of growth.
Since its inception 16 years ago, Brand Learning has grown to become an £18 million revenue business that has worked with over 160 clients in 60 countries with over 40 percent of its business sourced outside the UK. Its client list is a roll call of some of the world’s biggest brands including Kellogg’s, Shell, AstraZeneca, Marks and Spencer, PepsiCo and Novartis. In the last year alone it has secured 25 new clients including Allianz, Barclays, Diageo, HSBC, Moet Hennessy and Tesco.
