Brand Learning at the Financial Services Forum: Joining up the organisation for world class customer experiences
On the 6th October Brand Learning will be presenting ground-breaking new research on joined-up customer experience to an audience of financial services leaders in London. This event will be Brand Learning’s first collaboration with the Financial Services Forum and we look forward to sharing our expertise gained from working with many leading financial institutions over the past two decades.
Rich Bryson, Group Client and Proposition Director will present the findings of Brand Learning’s latest research including fresh case studies from businesses such as Virgin, First Direct, Visa, M&S, and Thomson Reuters and intriguing insights on integrated joined-up working from diverse sources such as UN migration, Williams Formula 1 and Sky TV’s newsroom.
Rich will be joined by Raj Kumar, Global Head of Marketing Strategy and Planning at Aviva and Louise Fowler, Marketing and Consumer Specialist at Davenport Strategy to discuss the barriers and enablers in delivering joined-up customer experiences.
