Q: Last year, what was the learning channel most used by BRAND LEARNING’s multinational clients for the delivery of their marketing capability development programmes and initiatives?
A: The learning channel that was most used by BRAND LEARNING’s multinational clients last year was ‘Face-to-Face’ workshops for smaller groups, which accounted for 76% of our marketing capability events. These were most typically 1 or 2 day workshops for 20-25 participants, with a trend towards ‘live-action learning’ where we work with clients to develop business solutions at the same time as building marketing capabilities. Last year we also saw ‘Virtual Classroom’ programmes really take off, frequently used in support of Face-to-Face workshops, resulting in 20% of our marketing capability events being delivered through webinars. This trend seems set to continue.
