A: The marketing capability area that was most in demand in 2008 was Marketing Strategy & Planning, which accounted for 41% of the programmes we managed last year. This included consultancy support to build capabilities in Market Mapping & Segmentation/Portfolio planning as well as in Marketing Strategy & Planning - including process and tool development, organisation, people, skill development programmes and culture change initiatives.
