BRAND LEARNING awarded maximum 3 Star accreditation for third consecutive year in the Best Company 2010 Scheme
BRAND LEARNING, leading specialists in building marketing excellence, have once again been awarded an ‘extraordinary’ 3 Star rating in the national accreditation scheme run by Best Companies Ltd which provides an independent assessment of success on the key factors proven to contribute to high employee workplace engagement.
BRAND LEARNING’S achievement is excellent not just because it’s the third consecutive year that the company has achieved the maximum 3 star rating, but also because of the increased intensity of the competition. In 2010 there were 291 more organisations applying to achieve star status, making the total number of applications 1,086. BRAND LEARNING is one of only 50 entrants to be awarded the extraordinary Three Star Status in the 2010 accreditation scheme.

The Best Companies national accreditation scheme scrutinises workplace engagement and sets a benchmark for other companies. It follows a 'Michelin star' system, with companies awarded one star for first class, two stars for outstanding and three stars for extraordinary performance.
Organisational successes have been defined using data from the 2010 Best Companies to Work For survey which involved surveying over 257,000 employees. The Best Companies survey is designed to measure employee engagement and uses 54 questions to gain a comprehensive view of employee engagement across eight factors.
