Best Company 2009

BRAND LEARNING awarded maximum 3 Star accreditation for second consecutive year in the Best Company 2009 Scheme.

BRAND LEARNING, leading specialists in building marketing excellence has once again been awarded an ‘extraordinary’ category 3 Star rating in the national accreditation scheme run by Best Companies Ltd which provides an independent assessment of success on the key factors proven to contribute to high employee workplace engagement.

BRAND LEARNING helps clients to drive profitable, demand-led growth by enabling organisations and the individuals within them to excel at customer-centric marketing.

The Best Companies national accreditation scheme scrutinises workplace engagement and sets a benchmark for other companies. It follows a `Michelin star’ system, with companies awarded one star for first class, two stars for outstanding and three stars for extraordinary performance.

Organisational successes have been defined using data from the 2009 Best Companies to Work For survey which involved surveying over 168,900 employees. The Best Companies survey is designed to measure employee engagement and uses 54 questions to gain a comprehensive view of employee engagement across eight factors.

BRAND LEARNING’S achievement is excellent not just because it’s the second consecutive year that the company has achieved the 3 star rating, but also because of the increased intensity of the competition. In 2009 there were 150 more organisations applying to achieve star status, making the total number of applications 795. BRAND LEARNING is one of only 55 entrants to be awarded the extraordinary Three Star Status in the 2009 accreditation scheme.
