We provide extensive consultancy support to design tailored, in-house marketing capability development programmes in strategic partnership with our clients.
A multi-national chemicals company operating globally wanted BRAND LEARNING to help establish a common way of working in marketing. We first diagnosed the priority issues and secured alignment among key stakeholders. We then developed a Marketing Capability Framework and a Marketing Audit tool to analyse key skill gaps globally. We facilitated the development of the Marketing Capability Strategy and Plan and developed all key processes, tools and learning materials to be delivered via an Advanced ‘Marketing Academy’. A blend of learning solutions were used to embed the skills and behaviours needed to drive tangible change across 4 continents.
As a result of this initiative, the business turned around its business from decline to over 5% growth. Winner of the 2008 Marketing Society Awards for Excellence ‘Grand Prix’ and the Marketing Capabilities category award.
