1. Developing Global Portfolio Strategies

As part of a major change management programme for a multi-national Oils & Chemicals business, BRAND LEARNING created business processes and practical tools to help them define a robust portfolio strategy and to focus investment. As part of the project we integrated Market Segmentation principles and practice creating an inspiring change programme to build and embed planning skills as well as to drive tangible business results.

2. Embedding a new Strategic Marketing Planning Process

As part of the customer-centric vision of a major multi-national Technology company, BRAND LEARNING developed a robust and integrated Strategic Marketing Planning process and toolkit to be cascaded internationally. This included delivering a consistent set of planning templates and a full range of learning support solutions including live-action learning to generate a set of coherent and focused plans for subsequent business alignment. We also worked with senior managers to equip them to lead and coach their teams on the job, thus ensuring immediate business application and impact.

3. Driving Strategic Planning

Working with an international FMCG business, BRAND LEARNING developed and delivered a new approach to strategic planning- from marketing objectives through to activity planning. We have supported and coached numerous brand teams on this approach and enabled them to produce market leading, integrated and comprehensive brand plans.
