1. Live-Action Innovation
This global multi-national FMCG business briefed BRAND LEARNING to develop a simpler, more effective, streamlined innovation process to get new concepts from ideas to implementation much faster. The process was embedded using almost 30 Live-Action Learning Workshops globally focussing on bringing new concepts to life and supported by practical workbooks. A whole range of innovations were brought to market and achieved success in test markets.
2. Global Innovation Programme
A major telecommunications manufacturer wanted BRAND LEARNING to create an innovation process from customer insight to launch and to embed new ways of working in the business to drive effective behaviour change and lead to the development of more successful innovations.
3. Creating an Innovation Strategy and Process
