A major Chemicals company set its vision to become more customer centric globally. It briefed BRAND LEARNING to help it enhance its growth and move ahead of its competitors.

BRAND LEARNING helped to developed a clear Programme vision, strategy & scope with key stakeholders, built an aligned Marketing Capability Framework and then designed a Marketing Audit Tool to measure team skill gaps. We designed, developed and delivered a marketing programme with a common language and best practice processes, tools and thinking that reached over 350 managers globally over an 18 month period. We prioritised, designed and developed a series of Live-action Learning Modules to address the business priorities and leveraged an extensive range of learning solutions including workshops, toolkits & coaching

A common marketing language, processes and tools were established. Timely, focused resolution of key business issues through Live Action Learning interventions, has led to significant growth over a period of 3 years.
