One of the world's leading multi-national suppliers of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, renowned for its marketing edge, briefed BRAND LEARNING to help it continuously improve the calibre of its marketers and in-market delivery across the globe.
BRAND LEARNING helped to identify idea generation and concept development as a significant skill gap within their innovation process. We developed all the content materials for a 2-day Live- action Learning workshop which has been rolled out to date with 20+ brand teams to introduce new tools and help them generate better ideas and concepts. This involved a high level of applied coaching before, during and after the workshop. Brand purchase intention scores against normative data were significantly improved for key concepts generated in the workshops.
