Common Way - We want to establish a common ‘way’ of marketing with shared processes and tools

Following a series of mergers and the launch of their new brand globally, this major Telecoms company briefed BRAND LEARNING to help develop a common best practice way of marketing. They wanted to achieve both brand and business growth beyond expectations and to inspire employees to engage fully with bringing the new brand to customers.

As part of the solution, BRAND LEARNING made a diagnosis of key issues, prioritised skill areas and developed a capability strategy. We went on to develop new marketing processes and managed the roll-out of a learning programme across initially one then later two regions. The new brand became well understood by all employees, a cross-functional approach to Marketing Planning was adopted, stronger consumer focus was delivered throughout the business and high levels of employee engagement were secured with both the programme and the new brand.
