One of the UK’s largest Food companies came to BRAND LEARNING to address a known skill gap in Brand Communications and the brief was to transform existing internal best practice processes and tools into an engaging learning programme.
BRAND LEARNING helped the client & its agency partners to align on a Brand Communications process framework, facilitated a follow-up workshop to finalise the process and translated the core marketing content into engaging and effective workshop materials. We then designed and developed roll-out learning workshops and gave coaching to the core client team on how to deliver these workshops. The best practice process has been fully embraced by the client’s creative and media partners and key elements are now core to all main Brand Communication projects
