1. Global Communications Programme

A major Drinks manufacturer briefed BRAND LEARNING to develop a global communications development process and a full ‘embedding programme’ including client & agency workshops, coaching and leadership endorsement. The brief involved detailed upfront diagnosis, development of a new communications process, tools and learning materials and delivery of an integrated behaviour and skill change programme.

2. Global Communications & Activation programme

A major FMCG Foods manufacturer wanted BRAND LEARNING to help them to leverage a common approach to Brand Communications and develop and deliver an integrated global programme to define the core aspects of marketing involved with ‘great activation’. This included skill development around inspiring agencies to generate the creative idea, identifying passion points and bringing ideas to market.
