Many BRAND LEARNING clients want support with developing the ‘activation’ skills of their marketers. This skill area often follows on from building capabilities in Marketing Strategy & Planning - recognising different marketing levers and how they can be deployed. In Activity Generation: developing and embedding tools to develop activities which will engage the target customer and be deployed effectively. In Activity Selection: prioritising activities to build a balanced plan and in KPI setting: developing the skills to select the right KPIs by activity and to ensure effective monitoring.

Activity Plans

A major Oil & Gas business briefed BRAND LEARNING to help them develop more focused and integrated Activity Plans across multiple business units, all operating largely independently. The resultant process, tools and templates were embedded in a comprehensive learning programme with extensive coaching support.
