What is the difference between learning and training? Aren’t you talking about the same thing but with a “fancier” name?
Learning is designed around and requires the active, ongoing engagement of the participants whilst training is a more passive concept, often designed from the perspective of the trainer.
There is also a huge difference between Knowing e.g. being able to replay new facts/information that have been learned and Doing or Doing well e.g. being able to apply new skills and do something new/differently. Only the latter will impact business performance.
